NeuraCore | Rigless Chemical Delivery for Wellbores, Pipelines & Water Systems

Concentrated dry chemistry, delivered to the target in a dissolvable carrier.

No coiled tubing. No rig. Patent pending.

The Problem With Conventional Chemical Intervention

Getting chemistry to one point downhole or along a pipeline usually means pumping thousands of gallons through coiled tubing, with a heavy spread on location and spent fluid to haul off. Or it means a dump bailer, where the chemistry dilutes into the fluid column before it reaches the target. Either way, most of what you pay for never reaches the target at full strength.

NeuraCore carries concentrated dry chemistry in a dissolvable body and releases it at the target: a wellbore zone, a pipeline batch, or a tank. The body dissolves completely, so nothing has to be retrieved

How It Works

Each NeuraCore unit is a dissolvable body filled with dry chemistry and closed with a cap designed to dissolve last. Sealed units have a pressure-rated wall, so release starts at the treatment zone downhole. Vented units equalize pressure and carry more chemistry for pipeline and low-pressure service. No moving parts, no electronics, nothing to trigger

Shape, size, wall thickness and chemistry are engineered per job: spheres to pass a production tree or a pig ball valve, cartridges for pipeline traps and tanks, and sticks for larger downhole loads. There is no upper size limit, and the dose follows your water or deposit analysis.

Four Applications

Injection & Producing Wellbore Treatment

Delivers scale, corrosion, and biological treatment directly to the target zone in injection or producing wells — an alternative to scheduled rig or coiled-tubing intervention. Reduces how often a rig has to come back to the well. Reduces how often a rig has to come back. In disposal wells, the spent chemistry leaves with injection: no frac tank, no haul-off.

Pipeline Treatment

Units replace treatment batch between pigs and keep releasing chemistry along the run, so the slug holds its strength to the receiver. They launch from existing traps, or ahead of a single pig through a pig valve. No new equipment.

Passive Tank & Pond Treatment

Cartridges hung in a net or dropped into frac tanks, ASTs, ponds or cooling-water side-streams release biocide or scale inhibitor steadily. No tanker, no dosing pump. Pairs with Neuratherm's NP-KR platform for solids handling on the same water.

Frac Plug & Stuck Packer Remediation

When a plug sets above its intended zone, or a packer won't release, high-dose units attack the slips and element in place, as an alternative to rigging down for a mill-out or a fishing job. In development; lab validation underway.

Platform Status

NeuraCore is in active development. Carrier manufacturing is established, deployment methods are engineered, and two U.S. provisional patents are filed. Bench testing of chemistry payloads is underway, and we are scheduling first field trials with operators.
