The Problem We Solve
Produced water in the Marcellus and Utica is getting harder to manage. SWD capacity is tightening. Trucking costs are rising. SRB are souring wells that were clean five years ago. H₂S is showing up at facility inlets. Frac water recycled without biological treatment is injecting the problem back downhole on every job. Neuratherm deploys to your pad, treats your water with ClO₂, and leaves you with biologically clean brine ready for frac reuse — without the trucking bill, the chemical liability, or the equipment purchase.

FLOWBACK BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Biological treatment from first water back. Prevents SRB establishment during the critical early flowback window before production turnover. Designed for Marcellus and Utica brine chemistry.
FRAC ON THE FLY
ClO₂ dosed during active frac pumping. Compatible with friction reducer at field concentrations. Kills bacteria in your frac water before it enters the formation. Prevents SRB establishment from Day 1 of production.
WELLBORE BIOSECURITY
ClO₂ slug at end of plug drillout — before production turnover. Preemptive SRB kill across the full wellbore column and perforated intervals. One treatment. One less problem your production team inherits. All treatment programs patent pending.
GATHERING LINE CONTINUOUS DOSE
NT metering skid at the wellhead pad doses ClO₂ at 5–10 ppm into produced water entering the gathering line. Treats the entire line from wellhead to facility. Reduces H₂S at the facility inlet, arrests FeS accumulation, and eliminates the SRB driving ongoing souring. No TEG or compressor impact.
WHY CLO₂
ClO₂ is not a conventional biocide. It is a dissolved gas — uncharged, hydrophobic — that penetrates biofilm membrane and destroys the SRB colony at its core. Glutaraldehyde and DBNPA treat the water column. The biofilm survives. ClO₂ also directly oxidizes iron sulfide deposits and kills the bacteria generating H₂S at the source. Effective at 5–50 ppm versus 200–500 ppm for conventional biocides. Lower volume, lower cost, cleaner chemistry. Field-documented outcomes: 150%+ SWD injectivity restoration. 99.9% bacterial kill rate. Published SPE peer-reviewed case studies.
